Book Your Covid Test In Coachella Valley Now
Welcome to our convenient Covid test appointment booking page. It takes just a couple of minutes to book your desired Covid test. All Covid tests are currently provided concierge-style at the location of your choice. We also offer corporate and group Covid testing options that are not listed below. If you have a group needing Covid testing, please call/text us or email covidtest@coachellavalleydpc.com for group rates and details.
PLEASE NOTE:
– We may have appointment availability outside of what is shown below, so if you don’t see a time that will work for you (or if you live well outside the Coachella Valley area), please call/text us at 760-302-1884
– As you book your appointment, in the “Address” field, enter the address WHERE YOU WANT TO BE TESTED
Please follow these directions in order to complete your appointment booking:
- Choose and click the type of test/s you’re interested in (for active infection, past infection, or both/package).
- Click ‘book now” next to your desired test or set of tests
- Choose a day and time for your appointment
- Enter your information, and in the “Address” field, enter the address WHERE YOU WANT TO BE TESTED
- Fill in the information pages (this info is mandated by the State of California and the Federal CARES act)
- Read terms and conditions (click the link below the payment section to view it), and check the box if you agree to the terms and give informed consent
- Enter your payment info and pay for the service in order to complete your appointment booking.
- If you want to book tests for others at the same time as your appointment, there is a segment of the booking process above when you can add them to the booking. We can call to collect the additional payment after you complete the booking (or you can call us first to book everyone over the phone at the same time).
All Covid tests are currently provided concierge-style at the location of your choice. Testing can be performed inside or outside depending on your preference, and our testers utilize full PPE for everyone’s safety. Please have a mask available for your use during your appointment. Thank you!
