I AM SO GRATFUL TO HAVE FOUND THIS FIVE-STAR DESERT ELITE BUSINESS. They are the reason my son is no longer living in pain. My son was having some serious medical issues and I could not get the answers I needed from his primary Pediatrician. When I found out Dr. Kim's wife was a pediatrician I went in same day and signed him up. That same week Dr. Burris had labs sent out for him and here we are 5 weeks later with answers. They are working so hard on referrals to specialist. They call ME to check on my son and how he is feeling. They are there after hours or anytime I need them. From the very personable and friendly first contact with Nurse Erica, I was thanking my lucky stars for finding Dr. Burris and Dr. Kim. They both listened to my concerns, fears, aches and pains with genuine interest. A plan to address all of my health and well being concerns was discussed with me and after test results, implemented with encouragement and compassion. Nurse Erica is my weight loss expert, sharing personal challenges and cheering me on.

I normally can't stand Dr offices and don't go unless I am dying. But I have changed how I feel with the type of care given at Coachella Valley Direct Primary Care. Not only is this the most simple way to have Dr care but these two Dr.'s actually care about the patient. The office is clean, quiet and professional. Its definitely not your normal office setting. They make you feel at home. You walk in and take a seat on the couch and they talk to you like you are normal human. I have needed their services for a few things and each experience has been great. It's like back in the day when a dr. would come to your home and take care of you and your family. My husband and I both ended up testing positive for the coronavirus. It was scary for us both however Dr. Kim walked us through the requirements the quarantine. He checked in on us daily and was so responsive to any of our text messages or telephone calls, including video calls when needed. When I first called I was amazed when Dr. Kim himself answered and set up the appointment to bring my daughter in\u2014as soon as I wanted! When we entered the front door, we were greeted by Dr. Kim himself. No waiting room, no receptionist. We felt like we were his only patients. He is kind, intelligent, friendly, and thoughtful. And his wonderful wife is just as great. They listened to our concerns, and took care of every angle we would need to be covered to take care of my daughter. Even after the visit, we were set up on a confidential app system where I can text anytime and communicate with Dr. Kim almost immediately. If we need to come in, he is able to see us the same day we call. I can\u2019t put into words how highly I recommend Coachella Valley Direct Primary Care. <\/span>Because of a very high insurance deductible which I will hopefully never meet, I have to pay cash for visits so end up falling between the cracks a bit. Urgent care visits are fragmented so I started looking for a primary care doctor but have found you\u2019re lucky to get one to see you in the next 6-8 weeks!

I needed a specific test, pronto and could not wait that long for a referral. I tried to go direct to the imaging center and pay cash for it but was told you can\u2019t just do that, then found out about CV Direct Primary Care, Dr. Kim. I called, expecting a recording and he answered the phone himself... on New Year\u2019s Eve! He asked \u201cWhat\u2019s going on with you?\u201d and a few hours later I was sitting in his office for an hour long consult. Later that day my tests were done and the next morning he texted me an explanation of my results and called in a Rx for me- again on a holiday. Even spent time helping me get the best price for the meds.

This is an unconventional medical model in that you pay one price per month and can see them as many times as need be in that time period for any reason with no additional fee! On top of that, you get their prices on imaging and other things referred out - I was prepared to pay $600 and instead only paid $245 for my CT scan. Also they personally communicate with you by text so it\u2019s seriously like you have a friend who is a doctor. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our first appointment was actually 57 minutes long. They took the time to get to know me as a patient and all of my medical concerns. The next time I visited, dr. Mike even remembered my dog had been to the vet. They fit me in whenever I need an appointment, Order labs quickly if needed, and They even return my texts right away. I\u2019ve never had such a good experience with MDs before. They even texted me after hours one night to make sure that they were ordering me the correct prescription.
